CommSoft Announces 2005 User Conference:
“Customer Connections,” Sept 14-17, 2005
ALBANY, NY – CommSoft, a leading provider
of activation, billing & OSS software, announced today
that registration is now open for its 16th annual User Conference,
to be held September 14-17, 2005 in Albany, NY and New York
City. Registration information can be found at www.commsoft.net
Details
Staying in touch with customers is the cornerstone of this
year’s conference with the theme being, “Customer
Connections: Using Technology to Attract, Retain & Serve
Your Customers.” CommSoft clients will choose from an
array of case studies and workshops designed to share real
world experiences, prepare for emerging technologies and demonstrate
tools for enhancing their customers’ online experience.
Consistent with past conferences, the event’s hub is
a Cyber Café; a multipurpose ballroom staffed with
technical experts where hands-on workshops are held, and attendees
can drop-in with product questions. Attendees may also check
email and conduct impromptu meetings with their peers.
Extracurricular activities of the event will include a train
trip to Manhattan, and a harvest picnic held in a historic
barn featuring live entertainment.
