CommSoft, a leading provider of BSS/OSS and service activation software, announced today that they have opened a new office in Anchorage, Alaska. The office was formed in response to the expansion of CommSoft’s customer base and expected future growth in Alaska.

Along with CommSoft’s other long-standing Alaskan customers, this past year saw Alaska Communications Systems (ACS) going live on several CommSoft solutions. This new office will help CommSoft further expand their Alaskan market, in addition to better serve their Alaskan customers’ needs.

“Although very manageable, the time difference between Anchorage and New York can present a challenge when a customer needs support during traditional non-business hours,” said Larry Davis, CommSoft President & CEO. “As we continue to expand our family of customers in Alaska, it has become more apparent that we need to have a permanent office in Anchorage to better provide the support needed by them.”
