CommSoft, a leading provider of BSS/OSS and service activation software, announced that Fidelity Communications Co. has selected CommSoft’s billing suite, which includes iCommVergence, CommNextion, CommBI, VTC, and CABS.
CommSoft’s powerful BSS/OSS suite will increase Fidelity Communications’ competitiveness by providing them with a wide range of tools to help them exceed in meeting their customers’ needs. With iCommVergence, CommSoft’s flagship BSS/OSS solution, Fidelity Communications will bundle, market, bill, and manage their service offerings. CommBI, a flexible and scalable business intelligence tool that is integrated with iCommVergence, will help Fidelity Communications’ management create their own dashboards, filter information, and examine key performance indicators for further analysis and strategic planning. Provisioning of the hardware and network components will be automated using VTC, which will also audit their billing records thus eliminating costly errors. The EBPP module of our CommNextion suite will allow Fidelity Communications’ customers to have 24/7 access to manage their accounts and pay their bills over the Internet. Additionally, CommSoft’s CABS product will maximize their Carrier Access Billing revenue, streamline their carrier billing process, and increase the productivity of their resources.
“As we look to grow our business, we needed a BSS/OSS system that would be able to grow with us,” said Mike Davis, Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity Communications. “We’re confident that CommSoft’s software solutions will enable us to meet the current needs of our customers and the future demands of our business.”
“As a progressive company, Fidelity Communications is focused on delivering next-generation services in an increasingly competitive marketplace,” said Michael J. Donnelly, CommSoft’s Chief Financial Officer. “We appreciate the confidence that Fidelity has placed in CommSoft and we’re excited to be able to partner with them as they grow.”
