CommSoft, a leading provider of BSS/OSS and service activation software, announced that Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative of Gainesboro, TN has selected iCommVergence to replace the existing CommVergence billing platform they have been using for over ten years.

With iCommVergence, CommSoft’s flagship BSS/OSS solution, Twin Lakes will bundle, market, bill, and manage their service offerings, which include Voice, Video, and Internet.  This upgrade will increase the efficiency of Twin Lake’s customer service processes thus enhancing the experience their customers will encounter when calling in.
