HTC required a system that would empower them to make significant operational efficiency gains while also giving their CSR’s the ability to provide the superior care their customers expect. A long standing customer on CommSoft’s VTC Service Order Activation and Revenue Assurance application, HTC recognized that they could greatly benefit from utilizing more of the CommSoft products to ensure they are on a fully releasable system that is built for the future.
