Project Game Changer of the Year Award

Goes to an employee of a CommSoft customer. Award criteria: Possibly had an interesting project that significantly assisted their company (or CommSoft overall) in improving services, reducing workload, meeting competition, generating revenue. Faced great obstacles with the project but persevered and saw the project through to success (e.g. fire, flood, firings, everything that could go wrong did). Identified a project problem and took some actions before the problem got out of hand. Skillfully negotiated project deadlines, personnel, project hours, time differences and kept project on track. Thinks outside the box. Is easy to work with. Not a winner for the prior 4 years.

User of the Year Award

Goes to an employee of a CommSoft customer. Candidate should have: Sufficient knowledge of at least one CommSoft product.  (iCommV, CABS, Financials, Inventory, CommForce, CommNextion, CommBI, VTC, Webservices, iSeries/IT). Be Considered a valued employee at their company with their product knowledge. Saw a problem, and took some action before a problem got out of hand. Not a winner for the prior 4 years.

Client of the Year Award

Goes to a CommSoft customer. Award criteria: The most improved or the customer that troubleshoots first internally and then calls, etc. Has made great strides this year to reduce the number of cases reported. Let’s CommSoft know when they make changes to their internal network. Notifies CommSoft when they are going to run billing, when key IT will be away on vacation, when they are doing an upgrade, etc. Achieved Enterprise Certification within prior 12 months. Is easy to work with. Not a winner for the prior 4 years

CommSoft employee who: Helped a customer move their business forward and really raised the bar (e.g. New install, conversion, upgrade, resolving a support issue, testing a customer project that went awry, new service). Worked on a project/issue that significantly assisted the customer(s) in improving services, reducing workload, generating revenue, and/or prevented a larger problem from occurring. Persevered with a great attitude when met with obstacles with the project/issue and saw the project or issue through to completion (e.g. time change constraints, confused customers, timing delays, everything that could go wrong did.)  Not a winner for the prior 4 years.
