COMMSOFT LAUNCHES EXPANDED CUSTOMER SUPPORT WEBSITE
ALBANY, NY - CommSoft, a leading provider of billing software
to midsize communications companies, announced today that it has officially
launched its new Customer Support Resource (CSR) Site. The website provides
customers with a new avenue for receiving immediate access to a variety
of support-related information and resources.
One of the most valuable resources available on CommSoft’s CSR
Site is our issue AnswerBook, a searchable database of support issues
and resolutions. The content of the AnswerBook comes from customer reported
issues and from situations detected and resolved by CommSoft’s support
staff. “This functionality provides great value both to our staff
and our customers,” said Bob Kolar, CommSoft’s director of
client services. “It helps our customers by giving them immediate
access to answers - day or night, and it will help us to be more efficient
by automating the first line of support.”
The CSR Site also includes access to complete, up-to-date user documentation
for all of CommSoft’s products in HTML format. This includes release
notes and installation instructions. Customers will also have access to
the status of activities conducted by the Product Planning Committee comprised
of CommSoft customers and CommSoft to drive release content. Additional
information available on the CSR site includes release schedules, program
downloads, and various support, training and contact information.
