PIONEER COMMUNICATIONS CHOOSES
COMMSOFT’S BILLING & OSS SUITE FOR VOICE, VIDEO & DATA
ALBANY, NY - CommSoft, a leading provider of billing software
to midsize communications companies, announced today that
Pioneer Communications has signed a contract to purchase its CommVergence
billing & OSS
solution, Interface Engine and EBPP software as well as
upgrades to its CABS and Financials products.
The CommVergence billing & OSS product will allow Pioneer to provide
its customers with a single bill for their local, long distance, cable
and Internet services. Pioneer will improve service by accessing customer
account information from a single system that integrates billing, rating,
CABs and financials and by enabling online bill payment. Telephone and
cable order provisioning will be automated using CommSoft’s Interface
Engine which will also be used to audit billing records
and eliminate costly errors.
