POKA LAMBRO TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE UPGRADES TO COMMSOFT'S COMMVERGENCE BILLING SOFTWARE
ALBANY, NY - CommSoft, a leading provider of billing software
to midsize communications companies, announced today that Poka Lambro
Telephone Cooperative has signed a contract to purchase its CommVergence,
CABs, Financial and Inventory software products. A long-time CommSoft
customer, Poka Lambro will upgrade their software and renew a multi-year
support agreement.
The upgrade to CommVergence will allow Poka Lambro to provide its customers
with a single bill for their local, long distance and Internet services.
Poka will improve customer service by accessing all customer care information
from an integrated system that is tied to billing, rating and financials.
Poka will also administer their capital credits (a system of profit sharing
among cooperative members) from the same database.
