POKA LAMBRO TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE COMPLETES IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMSOFT’S COMMVERGENCE BILLING SOFTWARE
ALBANY, NY - CommSoft, a leading provider of billing software

Telephone Cooperative has implemented CommVergence as its convergent billing
and customer care solution. A long-time CommSoft customer, Poka Lambro
required a billing solution that gave them the ability to provide a single

Poka has improved customer service by accessing all customer care information
from an integrated system from any of its multiple locations. The CommVergence
