POKA LAMBRO TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE COMPLETES IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMSOFT’S COMMVERGENCE BILLING SOFTWARE

ALBANY, NY - CommSoft, a leading provider of billing software to midsize communications companies, announced today that Poka Lambro Telephone Cooperative has implemented CommVergence as its convergent billing and customer care solution. A long-time CommSoft customer, Poka Lambro required a billing solution that gave them the ability to provide a single bill for all the services they offer.

Poka has improved customer service by accessing all customer care information from an integrated system from any of its multiple locations. The CommVergence customer care and billing system integrates billing, rating, financials, CABs, plant and capital credits. This streamlined system eliminates multiple data entry points and allows for the management of a customer’s entire account from a single database.
