TWIN LAKES IMPLEMENTS COMMSOFT'S COMMVERGENCE 8.0 FOR CONVERGENT CUSTOMER CARE AND BILLING

ALBANY, NY - CommSoft announced today that Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative has implemented CommVergence version 8.0 as its convergent billing and customer care solution. Twin Lakes has also implemented CommSoft's Carrier Access Billing (CABs) and Financial software.

CommVergence allows Twin Lakes to perform the customer care, third-party provisioning and billing of its telephone and Internet services from a single, integrated product. CommVergence will also accommodate wireless, and or other service offerings that Twin Lakes may choose to offer its customers in the future. The application eliminates multiple data entry points and multiple bills while providing immediate service activation and auditing capabilities.
