Health Insurance

CommSoft offers nationwide benefits coverage through Empire BlueCross.

Dental Insurance

Through National Telephone Cooperative Association (NTCA) with 100% premium paid by CommSoft.

Vision Plan

Through Vision Service Plan (VSP) with 100% premium paid by CommSoft.

Life Insurance

Through UnumProvident. Coverage equal to $50,000 or 1x salary. Opportunity to purchase additional term insurance coverage for employee and dependents.

Short and Long-Term Disability

Through UnumProvident with 100% premium paid by CommSoft.

Section 125 Plan

Through Preferred Group Plans, Inc. You may use pre-tax dollars for unreimbursed medical expenses, dependent care, and/or medical insurance premium contribution.

529 College Savings Plan

Through Putnam Investments employees can contribute $ towards an investment account which allows parents to plan ahead for their children’s college savings.

NYS Disability

Through the Hartford per NYS regulations and NYS Workers Compensation.

401(k) Plan

Through The Principal, employees can contribute up to 15% of their salary. CommSoft matches dollar-for-dollar up to 3%.

Tuition Reimbursement

Reimbursement for undergraduate and graduate courses with a grade of “B” or better.

Paid Annual Leave

Use for vacation/sick/personal. Annualized:
Years 0-4 = 19 days
Years 5-9 = 24 days
Years 10-15 = 29 days
Years 15 on = 34 days
