TERM CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS
ALBANY, NY - February 3, 2006 - CommSoft,

the successful deployment of their Client Partner Program

current development efforts and by participating on a Client
Advisory Panel to set future product direction.

the value they receive from our solutions and services,”
said Michael Donnelly, VP of Operations and CFO of CommSoft.
“We believe that partnering with our clients during
the development process is the best way for CommSoft to ensure
our solutions will be well ahead of the industry need. These
