COMMSOFT’S CLIENT PARTNER PROGRAM SPURS LONG TERM CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS

ALBANY, NY - February 3, 2006 - CommSoft, a leading provider of billing and OSS software to midsize communications companies, announced today that several current customers have signed long term support agreements due to the successful deployment of their Client Partner Program (CPP). Poka Lambro Telephone, Palmerton Telephone, Ketchikan Public Utilities, Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative, Arvig Communications Systems, and Champlain Telephone have all committed to multi-year contracts with CommSoft.

The CPP was designed to formalize and expand CommSoft’s long-standing partnership with its clients. Under the plan, clients take an active role in determining the direction of CommSoft’s products and solutions by helping formulate current development efforts and by participating on a Client Advisory Panel to set future product direction.

“The CPP was designed to help our clients maximize the value they receive from our solutions and services,” said Michael Donnelly, VP of Operations and CFO of CommSoft. “We believe that partnering with our clients during the development process is the best way for CommSoft to ensure our solutions will be well ahead of the industry need. These clients have chosen CommSoft to make certain that they prosper in an increasingly competitive business. We appreciate that vote of confidence and we look forward to partnering with them to meet their current and future needs.”
