COMMSOFT EARNS IBM SERVER PROVEN® STATUS AND FURTHER CEMENTS IBM RELATIONSHIP

ALBANY, NY - February 28, 2006 - CommSoft, a leading provider of billing and OSS software to midsize communications companies, announced today that their CommVergence product has earned IBM Server ProvenR status. The IBM Server Proven Program is designed to help enterprises identify solutions that have been validated, optimized and documented to run reliably on IBM servers.

In addition to this product designation, CommSoft has been upgraded to an Advanced member of IBM PartnerWorld. Benefits of IBM's PartnerWorld program are organized into six categories: Marketing and Sales Support, Education and Certification, Technical Support, Incentives, Financing, and Membership Communication. With Advanced status, CommSoft can expect additional benefits in each of these areas and therefore can share the knowledge and increased financing options with their customers.

This membership progression and increased validation of the CommVergence product line not only gives CommSoft greater benefits, it represents the higher level of partnership between IBM and CommSoft. CommSoft has also joined IBM¡¦s System i5 Initiative for Innovation, which is an open collaborative effort designed to help CommSoft continue to deliver innovative solutions with the help of IBM¡¦s supportive resources.
