CommSoft and selected Third Parties will author applications and all will inter-operate seamlessly. Applications are API-driven and use a number of schema, including Web Services, to interoperate. Applications included within the framework will be able to pass data, statuses and workflow between them. Major applications are rules-based and a single level data store simplifies interoperability and empowers data mining capabilities.
