Quality Assurance
Making certain that all CommSoft products work as designed is the responsibility of the quality assurance team. By adhering to a strict software development lifecycle methodology and enforcing stringent coding standards, the quality assurance unit assures the reliability and integrity of our software and documentation.

Product Support
We believe that product support is more than just having someone available to help you with a particular issue. Our client support team is staffed with product experts and specialized technical staff who are trained and certified in providing assistance where and when you need it.

One-Line Support
Our “ePortal” allows you secure, on-line access to open new support issues, research previously opened support issues, and communicate directly with the CommSoft employee responsible for your issue at any time. Our new Customer Support Resource (CSR) website provides answers to general questions along with our Answerbook which is a searchable database of support issues.

Consulting Services
The Consulting Services team is here to provide you with any specific product enhancements or customizations you may require. They can also assist you in calculating your return on investment.

Training
Our training department is here to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit of our products by using the software to its fullest capabilities.  Training can be provided at your facility, at our headquarters in Rensselaer, or over the Internet.

Annual User Conference
CommSoft has been holding user group meetings for our customers for more than 15 years.  These three day conferences are held in the Albany, NY area, and are comprised of training sessions, informational meetings, demonstrations, and product-focused breakout sessions.  These meetings have proven invaluable in our efforts to solicit feedback from our customers in all areas of our business and are highly rated by our customer attendees.
